Whats the latest firmware thats available for the j210i and how do i check which version I have?

To check the FW on a SE do a google search its very straight forward

and the latest FW this question should be answered by SE

To check the firmware do this -

(for < push the joystick to the left, for > push the joystick to the right):
>*<<*<*

Latest firmware for J210 is R2H.
