First of all, this isn't a complaint. I am a happy Vodafone customer.

My job is developing web applications so I am on the Internet nearly 12 hours a day. However, I notice that sometimes I can not connect to any of my applications on the US hosted servers.  To avoid your thinking it's my server's problem. I tested the BurstNET website (an INC 500 company that host my servers):

When the problem occurs, I can not Trace Route to BurstNET www.burst.net but my customers in US can do.

On my local Machine, the trace route shows
C:\>tracert www.burst.net

On one of my remote Linux server (which I still have access to), it shows

Somehow the connection was broke at here from my connection to my servers
 ip-141.199.31.114.VOCUS.net.au [114.31.199.141]

This just sometimes happens for 20 mins or less, sometimes a few times a day or once every 2-3 days which you just can't tell. Every time I tried to call Vodafone, it seems the problem recovered itself (no router reboots required), then it happens again to me when I attempted to work on my stuff. And then again, and again...Cry

It happens to both the broadband at my work place as well as home. (both Vodafone broadband)

May I please ask if someone from Vodafone can care about this issue?
Not a big issue, but it is quite....quite frustratingInnocent
