Welcome to Geekzone. Have you tried removing the battery for a while (5 minutes) and inserting it again? If not, is there a way to reset the device completely? If not, then you will probably need to have its firmware update (assuming it's a software fault) or the unit serviced (if a hardware fault).

To decide on firmware upgrade or unit repair you will have to take it to a service place.

Perhaps it needs firmware update. Do you know where would I bring my phone to fix ? I'm in Akld. I don't want to bring to somewhere cost me a lot for evaluation then tell me a huge price for fixing it. Cheers

Google them. Yes they will, its uneconomical to have a tech or two doing free evals on phones when teenages decide its too much to go through with....

Sounds like a hardware problem, though you can connect your phone to your PC via USB and update to the latest software (firmware) at this Sony Ericsson site to eliminate any software bugs.

The auto-focus on my ~15 month old k750i is giving up too.

89 Carbine Road, Mt Wellington. I believe they charge a $45 assessment fee, but this could have changed from the time(s) when I last had to deal with MFR.  You can call them to confirm this on 0508 REPAIR.
