Okay our t-box/cable TV was working fine until about 7pm. I then pressed the planner button to watch something I recorded and now the whole thing has lost connection (might be a coincidence)

The cable modem connected to the t-box is showing the online status indicator not lit so I assume this is the problem. I have done the usual re-boots etc but no the online status light is still out.

Telstra are not reporting any issues on there website

Anyone in the Silverstream, Upper Hutt area having Telstra TV problems?

What do you mean by "lost connection"?

Exactly what I said in my post. The t-box says I have no connection therefore no picture and when I look at the indicator lights on the cable modem attached to it the online status light is out. No amount of rebooting or hair pulling will fix it.

Did you turn off the power when it wasn't needed?
