Hi for some reason, Macworld (US) website not viewing properly the CSS is not loading on Vodafone Red Network.
I tethered (personal hotspotted) my iPhone with my iPad and it works well.
Something is up I have checked with others and they too have the same problem. it has been like this for over a week, I have had it tested in the US, no problems there.

note: I have nothing to do with this site, I just can't view it.

check: www.macworld.com from a Vodafone Red Network or other too if you can, I have not tested Telecom as of yet.

Anyone know why?

Have you called the fix line team and logged a fault ticket?

does not load?

What happens when you call

http://www.macworld.com/styles/jquery.lightbox-0.5.css?blahblahblah

Hi all I am giving up on this... I think it has to be the site itself?

Vodafone have checked and no problem there...

I have tried on: Mac Pro, Macbook Pro, iPad.... though if I tether my Mac and iPad with the iPhone (vodafone) the website is works properly.
Have tried with Safari, Firefox and Chrome
Have the latest 10.7.3 and all browsers are current.

HOWEVER.. other people are experiencing the same issue.
I had a tweet from someone said it is effecting them as well except they are on telecom/telstra - home and office.

Another from home couldn't and work could get the site to work

so now I have no idea what this is.

i think I will abandon and call it Macworld's issue as I don't have any issue with other websites

I will try another ADSL router....?

thanks for you help

No problems for me on TelstraClear, although looking at the source HTML I saw nine external CSS references, and one inline. Perhaps Vodafone's proxy is having problems with that?

Either way and completely unrelated, those folks should really look at optimizing their web page...

If you are using a mac in safari turn on the develop Menu and after loading you can go to the error console/web inspector and see what is happening..

Or if anyone has a Vodafone proxy (when the problem can be reproduced) I have can have a look..

The problem is not on TelstraClear, only on Vodafone.
