I've mentioned this before and Gary said it was a Sky requirement, but wondering why with TCL one has to wait 30-days to remove a Sky package from their account.

According to a friend who has Sky via Vodafone, when they ring up to cancel, say Sky Sport, its done pretty much straight away and you get credited for the remained of what you've paid for.

I just don't understand why Sky require Telstra to have the 30-day stand-down period when they themselves don't.... (seems a little anti-competitive to me)

But that is what I am saying - its a Sky requirement that TCL need to meet but they don't have the same requirement internally by the sounds of it...

Sorry misunderstood your previous post.

If you directly with Sky, then yes you call to delete movies/sports etc.. And its done straight away. I dont see why TelstraClear should be any different. Not right if they are.
