Hi

Have been looking to unlock my Samsung S9+ from the Zain network in Kuwait (shows as Enter Network Lock Control Key) and responses I have had from Unlocking web-sites is either they are unable to unlock or the site says the credit card details are incorrect, which they are not.

Any thoughts/assistance would be appreciated.

Cheers

Have you asked the network provider in Kuwait for it to be unlocked? I would be very cautious putting any credit card details into any website offering phone unlocking services.

Keep a close eye on your credit card.  It's vaguely possible a dodgy web site could claim your card number was wrong, just to force you to enter it a second time so they are sure you have entered it correctly.  And then they start abusing your credit card.

More worried about "credit card details incorrect". If you provided your credit card number to unlock websites and they have not provided the service with the excuse "credit card invalid" I'd consider the possibility you just handed your card details to someone you don't know who now could just be milking your credit card.

I'd just consider it stolen/lost and immediately block the credit card.

@racr5252 Contact ' Zain ' and request the unlock code it might be free or they may charge for it

As others have pointed out do NOT enter credit card details into dodgy websites that ' think ' they can SIM unlock your handset
