Actually, I have similar problems.

Ported 5 numbers to Kogan last Nov. I tested Internet/Calling/SMS at that time after porting.

Now 4 out of 5 numbers are not receiving txt messages now. All of them are OK with outgoing calls/Internet/sending txt.

One of them cannot receive incoming calls. It says the number you are calling are not activated.

Things are getting pretty annoying now when you are trying to get 2FA messages.

Contacted CS multiple times. Pointing me to the setup page for APNs, which has nothing to do with receiving regular txts to my knowledge.

Tried the not working SIM cards on other phones. Still the same.

Last received txt messages on some of the not working numbers are from 19/12 last year.

They must have done something crazy in the backend.

If you port a mobile number to another carrier it can take many weeks before you start getting incoming SMS from 3rd partys ie MFA SMS etc

Not quite 2FA but replying to shortcode texts from The Warehouse to use your reward points after a purchase also stopped working approx 2 months ago, was fine before that.

That and I can't forward spam texts to DIA/7726 either. Seems to have stopped working about the same time as TWH.

Unfortunately Kogan Mobile do not support sending short code text messages.  (Receiving short code text messages should work just fine.)  I have my kids using Kogan Mobile, so they get me to enter competitions for them where texting a short code is required.

Not quite accurate. I have been able to respond to the Warehouse Money texts as recently as 20th September.

My first failure was on 11 November, so something changed between that time period.

I understood it was all short codes that would not work, which prevents users replying to simple and helpful things appointment reminders.  I'll ask the kids tonight, though they are not likely to have had many situations where sending to a short code would be needed/wanted.

I've not personally used a Kogan Mobile SIM other than setting up my offspring, and never used Warehouse Money.

Look at the Spark Short Codes list here https://www.spark.co.nz/content/dam/spark/documents/pdfs/mobile/spark-premium-text-short-codes.pdf Kogan likely use a similar list. If it has a cost to send to then almost guaranteed not to work with sending from Kogan. Possibly not purely Kogan issue but the Warehouse may have changed SMS vendors or plan which added a dedicated cost to send the txt where it may not have had previously.

Would that affect forwarding spam tests to DIA via 7726? This stopped working around the same time as the Warehouse one did.

Edit: looking at that list shows 580 (Warehouse Money) and 7726 have costs of 0 to send and receive.
