Hi,

I have WIFI at home via Xtra JetStream. My pocket PC is gets data/internet from Vodafone when not on wifi.

When my device logons on to Wifi at home I assume I am using Xtras service and not vodafone ! Thus avoiding the MB usage limits I have with vodafone ( ie 50 MB per month).

I assume this is correct ??

Please confirm ..

Yes, it's correct.

Another question, I assume when WIFI is connected, it automatically dominates. And that the other service is turned off.

No it can't (I'm sure they're working on that so we can beam the politicans up into space/the void) . Currently it can beam up your level of annoyance when you have problems.

Just ask some of the IRC residents.

The other service is never turned off, but not utilised if a wi-fi connection is available.

Dont always rely on this. If i take my CDMA connected Apache into my WiFi home, it will often still use the CDMA unless i expressly disconnect it first...
