The desk top application (executive outlook/Zeacom) cant handle this request, and the upgraded NEC PBX is apparently unable to do this as well.
We do have the radio connected to the PBX for the hold music, but other than putting themselves on hold(which means they cant be contacted by phone) the only option is streaming it

We are looking at a more viable option, than eating up so much bandwidth.
Prelim ideas so far are
- stream onto one of the servers, and linking it to our Intranet, just gota work out how???
- direct attach radio to one of the servers??? can we then access it via the Lan/Intranet???
- USB radio either to server or desk top, would prefer server as about 40 PC's and we are looking at going to thin clients in the near future as well.

I know the obvious solution is just to block the streaming, but then I have to listen to the multiple complaints instead
