I have got a customers site with 2 pots lines running into PBX

Line 1 doesn't get CID but Line 2 does - same PBX config for both lines.
The only differnece between the 2 lines is line 1 has hardwired ADSL Filter.

Bellow is my system configuration any suggestions on this because it has got my stumped

Thanks
David
