Is there anyway to link my personal skype account (non-business skype) to my FreePBX setup so that when I am skyped, it comes through on my phone? Any modules available?

FreePBX is a front end GUI. One would presume you're really meaning to ask whether you can integrate Sky into an Asterisk PBX?

The answer is yes, but explaining how is beyond writing a simple one paragraph response. Google really is your friend.

It's also very much a hack - the best supported approach (Digium Skype for Asterisk channel driver) was discontinued.
