I can't get my PAP2T to connect to the 2talk log in server i have a DSE XH9949 4 port modem/router my connection is through Bigpipe I opened a support ticket with 2talk who told me to to Disable SIP ALG with this guide http://www.tp-link.com/ca/article/?faqid=343 as a xh9949 is just a re-branded TD8840 that did nothing. I evin reflashed my router with TPlink firmware still no luck it will not accept the command any ideas ?

Bigpipe uses CG-NAT. That is very likely breaking your SIP connection.

As above, because you have a dirt cheap connection from Bigpipe you will be behind CG-NAT. This breaks stuff.

Have a go at configuring STUN on the pap2t. You can use stun.2talk.co.nz

Because of a SIP ALG in the TP-Link most probably.
