Hi guys ,
TLDR - 2Talk sucks and I am after a replacement at roughly the same price point, anyone got any suggestions?
I am wondering if anyone else uses 2talk or has used as their VOIP provider?
We have been with them for about 3 years and slowly but surely it seems we have got to a point where they just can't offer a service that a business can efficiently use.
A classic example is we use their toll free numbers for conference calling and there is a heap of jitter or missed words on the call, this exists across cell/landline/VOIP users, they have fixed it up about 3 times and it is only a temporary fix as every time it reverts back to not working correctly. The latest fix they have now applied when I attempt to carry about a call the call disconnects. Surely as a technician you would make a change and then test the line via a call, but clearly this hasn't been done...
I also find their ticketing system painful, they have a 2 week autoclose mark as resolved 'feature' which locks the ticket and therefore can never be open again, what about all the history that might be useful for a technician to see in order for me to not have to repeat myself?
And now here we are, what is everyone else using for VOIP?
