I thought at some point I saw that it was possible setup billing groups in 2talk so that a group of numbers would show up separately on the bill.

I can't seem to find it now that I would like to use it, did I imagine it? is there any caveats?

Yes you can do this (assuming you are in the new UI - now.2talk)

Go to the Account tab, then Manage Numbers. The list of phone numbers will show up and you can change the billing group.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.
