I have setup a sip trunk using 2Talk service on trixbox, and have problem with income call every 15 to 20 minutes. I monitor the trunk, it on and off every 15 to 20 minutes. please give me a help if anyone know how to solve this problem.

Hi Wayne,

Sounds exactly like a port forwarding issue. Make sure you are forwarding not only the SIP ports but the RTP signalling ports to your SIP device on your router. Alternatively you might find it easier to use IAX with 2talk as its just one port.

Thank you for your help phenix, I have try to use IAX but incoming call alway with a busy tone.
Finally I solve the problem by enable 2talk locate me/ one number feature and use the extension number instead of the main munber as the user ID.
