Hi

I have purchased a Yealink T20P phone and have configured it to work on the 2Talk service. I can make calls without any problem. However, for an incoming call, when I pick up the handset to receive the call it does not answer it and the caller gets a continued ring tone. When I pick up the handset, my phone stops ringing as if it has answered. This is the same whether I use the handset or the speaker phone button.

Any ideas about why this might be happening and how I can resolve it?

Thanks

More than likely the 200 Ok message is not getting back to the far end, this message will stop the ringing and pass the Audio, have your Service provider check their SIP logs and they can tell you whats wrong, generally these things are related to Nat issues,

You can put in some static routes for your SIP connection/ ports , also make sure your SIP Natting is setup
