From a system stability view (no crashes etc)
There are many things that are annoying, like taskbar grouping not working/enabled which is a major productivity decrease. mouse dragging sometimes "unclicks" but feedback hub has lots of stuff in there still to be resolved.

Can't believe I still can't move my taskbar. They've screwed my entire workflow.
I've been running at on my main computer at home for just over a month now. Stable and fast but, like djtOtago, the lack of ability to drop files onto a running app minimised to the taskbar does irk me. That's a really basic function that needs to be in place as far as I'm concerned. Windows upgrades should be about increasing functionality not decreasing it (I know, I know...).

May I ask what you mean by move the taskbar? Are you referring to the icon orientation?

I primarily use MacOS for productivity and confess I had not noticed that was not currently available on Win11. That would be irritating.

I use my taskbar at the top of the screen in every version of Windows in recent years.

Really? I haven't done that since 3.11 😀

I have been using the taskbar on top of the screen on remote machines mostly. Sometimes the client window is not large enough and won't show the bottom of the screen (it happens depending on resolution, or if accessing a Hyper-V host and opening client VM window on that machine) - moving the taskbar to the top makes it always visible on the client.

elpenguino: Does win 11 come with that annoying feature (to me) of W10 , namely, scroll bars that require a hover before they become active or full size?

elpenguino: I haven't played with win 11 so question for the thread.

Under Display in the Ease of Access settings you can disable ‘Automatically hide scroll bars in Windows’ for Windows that use the native controls.
one thing i struggle with windows 10 is that there are layers of windows 7 style settings and options buried under layers of windows 8 style settings and options and going into them opens an endless loop of mickey mouse egg hunt.
does windows 11 fix this?
