Hello, I'm working in a salon, and our computer isn't working! Frustrated, ever since the update it isn't letting me login, the computer takes me to the login screen where it lets me choose which user, clicked the one I want and it goes black and goes back to the login screen and not to the password screen. I have an Acer 2 in one computer, if anyone knows what to do that would be great thanks heaps! I rung Acer and said only thing to do is factory reset, and I am sure we can do something else before a factory reset.

Lots of reports of KB3097877 causing issues with user logins (and Outlook crashes).  If you can't access this machine remotely, booting into Safe Mode should let you get in to remove this update.
