I have a couple of startup errors when I boot my desktop at home.  I will start with the first one and if we can resolve it I will post the second.

I used to run "Hostizzle" free VPN via OpenVPN till one day Hostizzle(as a provider) just stopped working.  So I bit the bullet and started paying for my VPN via WiTopia(best thing I ever did!).

With this change I no longer had a need for OpenVPN so I uninstalled it.  Ever since I did this I get the following error when I first boot my desktop:
 


I can just hit ok and it goes away but it is just the annoyance factor that it is there each time.

If I reinstall OpenVPN it goes away but when I take it off again I have the errors back again.

Any thoughts on what I can do to get rid of this?

Desktop is an i3, 4GB running Windows 7(64)
