I downloaded a diary from CNet and it had Funmoods attached. I ran MalwareBytes and it found 31 viruses. They have been removed. I went into the control panel and deleted the diary. Next I did a search for funmoods on the computer and found the toolbar and a file which was also removed. Another search couldn't find anything. Finally I ran Kaspersky Virus Removal tool and it came up clean. I'm using Chrome.

My problem now is when I go to the top of the page and type in something to search for, I get three of everything, e.g. police police police.  Can anyone help?

I fixed it.  :)  I deleted the google search engine and then put it back in and now it works fine.

Personally I would never trust a computer after is has been found to be infected.

I would remove it from the internet backup your data to USB external disk and reformat it
