Sorry, but I don't see what you're trying to point out here.

1) That it shouldn't be defined as Backup software?

or

2) That it won't be available as an OEM product?

centaurianz: It's listed as Windows Homer Server not Windows Home Server.

But yes, it probably should be listed under Operating Systems rather than Backup software.
