Hey there,

I have tried to install SmarterMail, but when it goes to intall the services it comes up with

Error 1920. Service SmarterMail Web Server (SMWebSvr) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

Can someone please help me? I have installed IIS etc.. but it still wont work

what's it trying to log on as?

Do you also have IIS running? It's not a web server port conflict is it?

Actually have a look at the Smartmail user support forum for that error number http://forums.smartertools.com/search/SearchResults.aspx?q=error+1920. It seems to suggest maybe an incomplete installation, or installation to other than a default directory.
