Hi All

I have a surface pro 3 that downloaded a system firmware update today. the firmware was dated 28/10/2014
It has an error message code 80242014. installation status is pending restart.

under device manager, in the firmware section there are 3 out of 4 items that have the yellow triangle on them, and under properties the device status says
this device cannot work properly untill you have restarted your computer ( code 14 )
click restart computer to restart.

the 3 items are
surface pro embedded controller firmware
surface pro system aggregator firmware
surface pro UEFI

i have restated the surface multiple times with no change to above messages or status.

How do i fix this ?
