I'm using Windows 10 on a HP laptop.

I notice sometimes when I scroll a webpage, or a document (PDF, Word), it will zoom out. And before I did something and it made the icons on my desktop smaller. I changed it back to medium size, but that made the order I had them in go out of place. So I hold an icon and move it back, but while doing that all icons became small again.

I don't know if this can be disabled. It must be that I'm holding something down on the touch-pad. But I'm scrolling and the text will zoom out at times -- so whatever I'm holding down I need to in order to scroll.

Any help much appreciated.
