Completed my WHS install last weekend and have managed to get all 7 of our neighbours and friends all on and backed up ( Pretty painless ).
I am interetsed in the WEB interface option for remote access and I currently have the give away D-Link 502t cheapy router which works as a router, it also has uPnp but WHS says it is not supported on my router. anyway's i was looking at replacing soon anyway and what better time than when a Microsoft product tells you to LOL ... Has any one got a good suggestion for a replacment router. I have looked at the linksys as I use one of the WRT to broadcast from my roof, but was interested in any one elses experiences that are running WHS. Our house is 2 storey and although I get wireless any where, the signal is slightly weaker in my lounge and thought if i was getting a new router i might as well get it wireless as well to help strengthen my signal downstairs where the router will be placed.
Cheers in advance.
P.S. And yes i have checked the microsoft compatability chart however prefer to get user experiences.
I'm afraid I'm using an even older D-Link 302G with the relevant ports manually forwarded (works just fine), but I did spot a thread over at wegotserved.co.uk that had a list of ones known to actually work. May not all be relevant in NZ of course.
