I have the Hamachi client installed on a number of PC's

2x Vista machines
2x XP machine
1x Server 2003

Hamachi seems to crash at the splash screen about 70% of the time, and it seems to becoming more frequent. All machines are running the latest version of Hamachi and the behaviour seems consistant across the machines.

Has anyone else had issues with this? Know of a solution?

I would check any non-Windows firewall... Those software can crash a lot of programs that rely on networking.

Latest drives for the network adapters? Antivirus doing nasty things? Otherwise time to head to their support page and submit a query.

I have Hamachi working on Windows Home Server, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista SP1, Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP2...

Hmmm I am using AVG on most of the machines, I wonder if that could have anything to do with it.

Might have a play with that and see what comes of it. What Anti-Virus do you use MF?

Cool. Do Avast do a free version for Server2003 do you know?

I used Avast when I was testing Vista but it was till in Beta then I think. Maybe time to try the stable version.
