I have an excel file which has a column of dates and times. How do I convert this to excel datatime format?

Are they not in datetime format already? (I ask because if I cut and paste those values from your post into a blank spreadsheet, Excel parses them correctly [and reformats slightly for display]; I know they are then "datetime" numbers as you can reformat back to "general" format and see the actual numbers [i.e. 42820.04167]).

If they are not, then perhaps if it's just a small amount of information, you could manually copy/paste into a new set of columns, Excel should "do it's thing", and then you could move (cut/paste) the new entries over the top of the old ones?
