I have an 1809 machine joined to the 'active development of windows' 'slow ring'.

Joined for a few days now, no builds.

Are there any and, is there an official place to check builds published (or not) for this ring?

Seems like the blog is the best place to know: https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/

From memory the feedback hub will have a list of what was released when.

If you have the final build of 1809 then there have been no builds released to the Slow ring for 19H1 yet and afaik only one released for the Fast ring.
