Hi

Vista no longer asks for a password after coming out of sleep mode.  This has only started happening in the past week or so.  For a few days the password page was also a strange orangey colour instead of blue, until I moved the mouse.

Vista still asks for a password coming from "off" mode.

I tried system restore, but it only went back a couple of days, not far enough (I still have the problem).

A full scan with Avast didn't turn up anything.

Any ideas?

It is odd that it reset itself.

Thanks again

I had trouble at one stage with my PVR continually changing itself to require a password.
