I have moved from Win 10 to Win 11 and now my Microsoft wireless key board wont work although the wireless mouse works fine.

 

Things I have done.....

 

Installed new batteries.

 

Moved the dongle to different usb ports.

 

Made a Bill Gates doll.

 

 

 

A wired keyboard works fine.

 

Any suggestions on what to try next?

turn on the keyboard using the ON switch?

Remove the device from Bluetooth/wireless devices, uninstall the device from device manager. Restart windows add and reconnect device.
