So i've been using windows 7 since pre beta and the frustration has been that the T-Stick (Sierra 597 USB) internal drivers don't auto install on 7.
There are updated drivers on windows update but what happens if you're out in the wops and need to get the t-stick going on a win 7 box?
Here are my observations on how to get it to work - go through the install proces and you get an alert saying drivers didn't install properly.
Go to device manager find the modem that hasn't installed properly and manually install driver select the path as c:\Program Files\Sierra Wireless\USBMUX Drivers\
This installs one of the drivers - you'll then find after it's installed those drivers that there are 4 or 5 other unrecognised devices go through the same process and once they are all installed your t-stick will be working.
Hope this helps someone
