Ingram Micro have it. OEM only I think.

Cheapest way to get it (pro anyway) is to install a dodgy copy using a dodgy key, fail the WGA validation, follow the links MS give you and purchase a legit key off them. I have purchased this key for customer who had previoulsy installed using dodgy keys. Don't even need to reinstall, it downloads a patch that changes your key to a valid one, and they also post out a CD.

Morning Star & Synnex still sell XP Home & Pro OEM and cheaper than Ingram Micro.
