Hi there i would like to know if i can have a person able to access a folder which contains music but not able to copy it to a flash drive or something similar

Just so they can listen to the music but they cant copy anything

Not really with shared folders.

Instead of sharing the files you could stream the audio over the LAN using a streaming server.

Lots of media players have those sort of features VLC, Winamp (Shoutcast) etc.

What if i put the files on each users account instead of sharing them

Wil i be able to change the permissions so that they cant copy them

Pretty sure if you can read it you can copy it, there's no particular "copy" privilege.
