Have been playing around with virtual memory/page file settings. What I'm needing is a tool that can benchmark speed differences (if any) between the default setting that windows xp first uses and changing it to system managed.
I've setup a console and added a counter for the paging file, this shows me the % of usage, but what I really need is the performance difference. If that makes sense, so I can compare.
I guess I could use one of the standard benchmarking utils for overall performance, but will that show any information about accessing the paging file?
