I have installed live mesh on my netbook but I ended up with a bunch of different language packs all installing activex control for remote connections. It is very annoying to have to uninstall them and I dont know why it needs every language pack. It doesnt do it on the other laptop. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks
Paul

I would guess extra language packs are being installed because your system is configured to support these?

I have it installed here and nothing else was needed on top of the default installation.

Ok, do you know what that configuration would be? it is set to New Zealand that I can see. Oh well, will just have to uninstall the foreign ones and hope they dont come back again.

Have you installed the additional Language Packs offered as option updates via Windows Update (if you are running Windows 7 Ultimate)?
