somehow a user name has appeared in the drop down box of the login screen of Outllook 2003 and I cant figure out how to get rid of it, ie when i open outlook I am presented with the login screen ( email is hosted exchange ) my correct user is there but there is also an unknown user that appeared somehow and I want to remove it

( ps i did a screen dump but could figure out how to insert it, you would think after all this time I would have learnt by now :-)  )

Is this through the web browser ?
You can normally just hit the delete key to clear away unwanted options from lists like that

If what you describe is a normal drop down box, you just highlight the name with the mouse (no need to click- it should highlight with a blue background when you hover the mouse over it), and press 'delete'.
