I purchase item from dx and it was shipped via Swedish post. It change the status to "arrived in NZ" on the 30th of June, it has been 2 weeks since the last update.

I have already contact dx and quote:"I'm afraid we're not able to connect Sweden Post . In fact, only China Post has right to connect Sweden Post. But International Post connects via letter, which usually takes one year so long time and receive no reply."

also NZ post: "The parcel has not been cleared through Customs New Zealand as yet and therefore has not been received by New Zealand Post."
"I am sorry, there is still no update from our scanning. It is just a matter of waiting for an update sorry. Please do still request that the sender commences the inquiry with Swedish Post as this is the correct method for a formal inquiry."

Is there anything I can do to find out what has happen to my parcel?
here is the tracking number: RE561581855SE

2 weeks is not unusual, just wait another week or so before you start to worry.

Have you noticed any suspicious power company vans loitering around your address? Any signs of a covert entry?

They may have found your 'stuff'...!

here is the tracking number: RE561581855SE

Other tracking systems often give better results than NZ Post's poor excuse for one.

Shows it arrived in NZ on the 30th, and then on the 6th of July it looks like it went to processing... I half wonder if it got redirected and actually went to Stockholm.

hmm, looks like the parcel has arrival at nz than shipped back. is there a reason why it does that? Is the item prohibited?
The parcel contain a headphone amp, not sure if the internal battery was cause.

A battery wouldn't prevent it going through customs. You will have to ask DX for your money back as it seems the item has been returned.

Yes, I did this with as much information I could. They e-mailed me the invoice to pay and were exceptionally helpful in getting my bits and pieces delivered.

The other option is to wait for the GST/Tax invoice to arrive via post.

Chinese suppliers ship stuff containing batteries via Stockholm (something to do with shipping regulations). Assuming the tracking information above was correct, I'm guessing there was a screw-up, and it went to Stockholm via NZ rather than NZ via Stockholm.

there is a small chance the shipping number was recycled inappropriately (too fast - should leave a few years gap) and it is showing tracking info for 2 different parcels. why would a NZ sorting centre send it to Stockholm?
