Below is a update from the NZ Post YouShop Team re. the recent parcel delay issues...

"We’ve seen an increase in enquires about delayed parcel processing at the US warehouse. We have completed a review with our US warehouse provider and found the majority of issues relate to parcels being scanned and/or delivered incorrectly. The US delivery providers have been alerted and are monitoring the situation. The US warehouse team is also working with the delivery providers to locate any mis-delivered items.

If you receive a parcel delivered notification from the US carrier; but your parcel doesn’t appear in your YouShop account within 3 working days, please raise a delivery enquiry with your Merchant and contact the NZ Post Customer Support Team."

Due to the parcel processing delays, we decided to extend the discount code 'Blackfri235' several more days. However the code is now expired.

Getting Youshop Codes makes me go and buy stuff. They are dangerous.

My package arrived today. Made it before Christmas which is good.

I'm contacting customer services though. The measurements of my box are off and I've paid $40 more then I should have.

Maybe an hour, maybe a week. Youshop isn't an express service, there's very little chance your package will arrive before Christmas.
