rb99:
Reminds me of Billy Connolly and swearing - 'you don't like it, don't ****ing listen'
A lot of his swearing was VERY contextual as opposed to an unnecessary joining word.
Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.
Watched Ep. 3 of Devs.
Still a little confused, but starting to be more invested in it.
Handsome Dan Has Spoken.
Handsome Dan needs to stop adding three dots to every sentence...
Handsome Dan does not currently have a side hustle as the mascot for Yale

Westworld S3-EP6. Keep falling asleep, want to get onto S4. Its all feeling a bit plotless at this point but Im sure it will make sense soon enough, that is all the individual plots.
The Last Kingdom S4-EP5, much like Westworld Im trying to watch it in bed and end up falling asleep, so need to watch it during the day some time.
Watched a lot of Netflix standup Comedy. Chapelle, Rogan etc. Pretty good selection
quickymart:
Hillary. Very interesting documentary on Hillary Clinton.
I don't know why, but I immediately saw Hilary Barry in my mind's eye when I read this...

Ozark - Just couldn't get into this series - tried 5 episodes, and then gave up. Maybe a bit too slow in getting to the story arc ?
Just watching Legends - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2402137/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_5 - Sean Bean stars as a deep-cover undercover operative .. 1st season was enjoyable, second season a bit disjointed, but good enough to continue.
Still enjoying The Blacklist
The Mandalorian was excellent.
really liking Tales From the Loop.
Only four episodes in (fav being episode 3 at the moment)
Each episode is a standalone story.
Kind of a bit like a modern Twilight Zone but much more well crafted.
I see Prison Break is now on Netflix, best show ever.

Really? How recently did you watch it? I watched S1 a year or two back (first time viewer) and I was fairly shocked at how predictable and pedestrian it was. A real product of US network TV of a different era with cliched writing, overly drawn characters, the construction around ad breaks interrupting the flow, an overly bombastic and loud score...
I think that we have been spoilt for choice in terms of the quality of TV programming over the past 10 or so years, and this content from HBO, Netflix etc is so differently constructed from shows like Prison Break; when returning to watch such older style programmes these differences are writ large.
My wife and I have been binge-watching a few things over the wet weekend...all on Netflix NZ
The Good Place - we've done season 1 and up to ep.8 season 2. Thoroughly enjoying it...very inoffensive.
Dead to Me - ep.1 season 1. Dark and less humorous than we thought it was going to be, but we'll watch more
Schitts Creek - final season. One of our fave go-to's. Funny character-driven weirdness that has gotten better with age.

Just discovered The Real Marigold Hotel It's a BBC series (each is 4 parts) and currently season 4 has just started. Takes a bunch of UK 'Celebs' of an age and plumps them down in India to see how they go.
Really enjoying it. :)
I have cancelled my Amazon Prime trial subscription. There was not enough content of interest to me to remain subscribed.
Season three of 'Fauda' on Netflix has recently dropped. This is my favourite TV show. Focuses on the Israeli / Palestinian conflict.
