My trusty vintage 3GS is not as smart as it used to be. I'm sure the SIM would be happy to move into a new Nokia slot.

Would get rid of my Windows Phone.
Oh, and one that doesn't s**t itself periodically and need to be rebooted in recovery mode in order to start again. That's probably a bigger priority than just the Android update.
Replaced the battery on my Sony z1c, and it does help increase the battery life, but lost the NFC function.
I reckon the Vodafone Smart V8 has been pretty good value but frankly I could use a better camera in particular. Nokia, yay!
Will be replacing a "china" phone - MLAIS M52 RedNote. Cracked the screen after 3 weeks when out geo-caching. Now (after 3 1/2 years) the battery lasts about 2 mins. Definitely time to get a replacement - but not enough money saved to treat myself yet.
I would be replacing my Oneplus One which is now starting to show its age a little big :D
My old Sony phone has had a hard life. The battery doesn't last anywhere near as long as it used to, it has started to slow down & Sony has decided to use the push notifications from its undeletable, can't be disabled "What's New" app to show advertising.
I want to give it a new lease on life with a custom ROM, but having an android phone is too important to my work as a computer tech to risk that before I have a replacement. My Lumia 950 work phone seemed like a good idea at the time...

Time to replace my 5 year old HTC M7. Was a beast of a phone but just cant keep up anymore.

It would be great to add another Nokia to my collection -

The phone i'd be replacing would be my Samsung S7 :)
