Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?
tdgeek: When companies intentionally rip us off. Classic example is Nurofen packaging. That is shameful.
freitasm: People who think their option is the only option.
Posted on Twitter about Skinny mobile broadband option - $55 for 60GB mobile data on a "fixed" WiFi router with gigabit ports and some people said "I can get unlimited [fibre|VDSL] for $89"
Well, yes. YOU can. Others can't because they may not have fibre or VDSL available. Or some people rather spend $55 on Internet than $89.
Whatever the reason because YOU can doesn't make this a bad product. It actually exceptional in what it does.

Personally, I think they're bollox as they simply introduce confusion - no-one seems to know who has right-of-way, and either party can get quite peeved when the other doesn't give way! I don't think roads are the place to test out such ambiguity.
Speaking of crossings that are bollox...
I shake my head every time I have to negotiate this roundabout. The poor placement of pedestrian crossings at each roundabout exit (bar one) are an accident waiting to happen.
You could try this one in Hemel Hempstead, locally known as The Magic Roundabout! I had to drive around a number of times it when I was having lessons before taking my test. Also, on my test! It's quite confusing. At least it does not have pedestrians crossing where the cars are supposed to be at the same time though.

That reminds me; people with a thought process that goes something like "I don't personally need/use this, therefore it should be removed/obsoleted/banned". The latest round is the rumour that the next model of iPhone won't have the headphone socket anymore. I haven't seen a single reason why removing it is good for the customer, yet some people are still praising its potential removal.

There's a similar roundabout with mini roundabouts near Heathrow, which must be shock for all those people from overseas picking up their rentals.
The word "like" being used 50 times (it seems) in a sentence.
Arksed instead of asked.
Idiot expressions like h "dissed" me.
The use of the word concerning (about) when they mean worrying.
But mostly husbands habit of never closing anything.
Cupboards, drawers, boxes (with hinged lids) etc.
Drives me nuts....

Yes, it must! Especially those from countries that drive on the wrong side of the road...!
