It's a nightmare.

Our company uses CourierPost, and we are now dealing with hundreds of emails from customers asking where their stuff is.

Most of the time, we don't know - it's in CourierPosts black hole somewhere, and their tracking hasn't been updated since they collected it from us (some of it up to 3 weeks ago). It does look like a lot of the items we sent out this week have been delivered, but anything sent in the 2-3 weeks prior are stuck somewhere.

Everyone looks bad in this situation.

yea i am waiting on a bunch of parcels for work stuff. I have just giving up buying anything outside of wellington, and the parcels i have ordered im giving 10 working days before i contact company for updates. the tracking stuff is BS. If they have this working people would be a bit more ok. Ive got parcels sent out a week ago where to tracking system says picked up. Nothing more.

Placed an order at The Warehouse a week ago.

Only "ready" for pickup yesterday.

Picked up this morning by Courierpost in Dunedin.

Wonder when it will arrive here in Christchurch?

Just checked...

Once again, The Warehouse have shipped an incomplete order, yet supposedly everything was in stock!

(I see a pattern here, NL do that too. Sell things they don't have! - I finally cancelled my last order with them after finally getting an admission that they didn't have stock of the item)

Speaking of The Warehouse, is it taking anyone else ages to get an answer from them via a private Facebook message?

Also, my item wasn't actually redirected anywhere, apparently it's now awaiting collection...at the original destination (Glenfield Post Shop). I guess I'll just have to go up and get it on the weekend.

My experience with stationary warehouse. Some of items they ship out from supplier, so you will see items arrived in different time

I noticed today that NZ Post have changed the alert on their tracking page (emphasis mine)

"To help us help you, please only contact us if our Tracking tool shows it’s been more than 5 days (10 days in Auckland) since NZ Post received your parcel."

Presumably they mean 10 days if your parcel touches Auckland at any stage in its journey

My package which was a new iPhone has disappeared. :(

6/5/2020 12:31 Collected from sender

And nothing since. Logged a case with NZ Post on Wednesday and they were emailing me back, and haven't since Yesterday morning.

I think it might have "just disappeared"... As I have low confidence it's going to appear again.

Got an email from Courierpost last nite saying that my Miter 10 item Ego leaf blower was delivered at 8.35pm. Went out and no sign of it.  Went for a walk up the street first thing this morning but not on some neighbor's door step.  Don't know where they delivered it to .  Have logged a  query with them for  non delivered item.  I would have done "Click and Collect" on the item but at the time of order  the local Miter 10 store was not listed as a click and collect. It is now.

Update.  I finally got it today.  After calling Miter 10 who said it  had been addressed to our place and then called Courierpost  and after a 35 minute wait on the 3rd attempt (the first two go cut off while;e waiting)  I talked to the CSR and gave her the tracking number and my address.  She said it had been delivered to another address.  I asked her where and she wouldn't tell me due to privacy reasons. (hey it's my gear)   Called back to Miter 10 who called Courierpost and found  that it had been delivered to the wrong address and they were given that  address.  Today got a call from Miter 10 saying the package was at an address 3 houses up the road so so went up and collected it.  If Courierpost had told me the address I would have had this thing several days ago.  That's what you get delivering packages at 8.30 pm in the dark.

Next time Click and Collect.

Regards,

Old3eyes

Now this is interesting.

I placed an order with a supplier which will be delivered in 3 boxes.  Today one of those boxes arrived but no sign of the other two.  All 3 items are on the packing slip.  However the CourierPost tracking site shows Delivered

I wonder when/if I'll see the other 2 boxes.

Got an email today, "Our team have advised nothing has been located with them I m sorry.  Can you please refer back to the sender as we will need to invoice to process with claims.  Thank you."

Off to Spark online chat I go to see if they can help...

Been waiting awhile for this overnight package now, From Auckland to Auckland........

Logged a fault, have had contact from them but still no real update or change.

I feel your pain, except the difference between your one and mine is that the top date is the 27th of April. I've spoken to them twice and still yet to receive my delivery. I wonder who has the key for this "locked cage" they speak of?
