I just popped out to grab a bite to eat back at my desk (sad, I know) and realised something else that most people seem fine with but that annoys me... perfectly able-bodied people who stop walking when they get on an escalator.

I am ok with that when they stand to the left like you are supposed to. The wide-bodied ones and those that center themselves are the problem.

Worse are those that stop to stare and look around at the end of an escalator/travelator. Get out of the way idiots. Best when they are infront of a trolly and it goes bash into them and the person behind it can do nothing to stop it.

They *are* dealt with properly... the law is 100% right and must be obeyed, even if it means letting a drunk-driver go free to create further mayhem.

Or why someone with 55 jail terms from a 15-page rap sheet isn't just locked up for good.

Somewhere off shore so my taxes don't need to pay to keep them.

'Boat people' willing to give up everything to come to this country.

Seems a fair swap to me.

There are people that even the leftyist liberal would struggle to justify the continued value of....
