PBT got me an express package from Auckland to Wellington in 1-2 days, not sure when it was sent, but it didn't take long. It was delivered by two guys in a normal car, they're obviously using extra people as delivery drivers.

That's lucky! My PBT deliveries made it to Wellington overnight and then all sat in the Wellington depot for 15 days before finally getting delivered only after the seller chased them up. Oh wait, they have misplaced half the consignment and are now looking for it.

Things I ordered for mothers day gifts still haven't arrived from just outside auckland to north of auckland with pbt - I ordered them when I had plenty of time during level 4. Mum and step mum starting to think I'm telling porkies I think!

Yeah, my 27 Feb parcel is still stuck in a warehouse somewhere in NZ. Meanwhile a package sent 10 April from China has arrived.

So my parcel was picked up from JBHiFi on 11 May. It sat on the tracker as "picked up" until lunchtime yesterday (21 May) it then transitioned through “processing” and “in transit” to being dropped on my front porch in the space of 3 hours.

It is a UHD Bluray of StarWars Ep9. I gave up waiting for it and watched it on Disney+ (I ordered it literally 2 hours before D+ announced Ep9 would be available on May the Fourth). All is not lost, I will still watch it again at some stage in all its UHD/Atmos goodness.

Well things have certainly improved.

An item I ordered from a business in Auckland on Trademe on Tuesday night has already been delivered by CourierPost to me in Christchurch.

Not quite Courier post related but still parcel delivery....

Credit where credit is due.

Have just had two packages handed to me at my desk in Mt Eden, Auckland moments ago.

1st Package, ordered 20th May 8am, shipped via DHL from Victoria, Australia on 20th May,  Signed for 11am 22nd May

2nd Package, ordered 19th May 9pm, shipped via Fedex from California US on 19th May, Signed for 11:15am 22nd May.

Incredibly quick turnaround.... Pretty happy with those results!

Ordered a HPE HDD from PB tech on Fri 15th May 11am, it arrived yesterday about 3pm. so not too bad I guess, still not the overnight as described.

Courierpost are slowly getting on top of it. They've started delivering our stuff (that we sent out) from early May now. We've found the recent parcels are about 2-5 days (depending on in or out of Auckland - in Auckland is slower).

Personally, I ordered a new freezer bin from F&P yesterday about lunchtime. It arrived on my doorstep at 10am this morning. NZ Couriers - Auckland to Waiheke Island. Very good. (Wife is still waiting on a Warehouse delivery from Monday though...)

Guess what turned up today - workmates order.

Mines still at "Collected".

Courier Post and NZP are frankly falling apart. It amazes me that as a SOE it hasn't been raked over the coals for this. It seems that items sent within Auckland to be delivered within Auckland continue to be delayed by at least 5 days.

Same issue here. Item from Auckland has been sitting in the PBT Wellington Depot for 9 days now. Rang them today and they said they will track it.

I said if it isn't delivered by COB Tue then it'll be considered lost and don't bother delivering it as I'll be disputing it.

On the flip side I've had excellent service from Castle delivering all within their timeframes.

I have two Auckland -> Auckland packages in CourierPost's system at the moment. Both from Wednesday, with one picked up from the North Shore and one from South Auckland. Both are currently marked as 'Collected from sender' in the tracking - they haven't even been scanned into the depot yet!

So much for them aiming to clear the backlog by the end of this week..!

I've had a few bypass the depot scan
