Can only think of a large European SUV with a big engine or a Euro sports car like a Porsche using the tires I said above.

All the Nitrogen does is keep the tyre inflated longer by slower loss through the rubber. I am not sure it's worth it

Don't use helium because it makes the car lighter and reduces grip on the road. And it makes the tyres sound funny.

Whilst that's true, it's not significantly different to air. The only real difference is that the nitrogen is dry, so no pressure changes due to condensation/vaporisation of water.

Considering air is 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and 1% water I wonder how big is the impact for consumer vehicles...

I don't even make the effort in my race tyres. Basically you get pretty green valve caps and that's about the sum total of "benefit".
