Even if National can govern alone, I imagine they will still do deals with all they can?

there will be a lot of soul searching and accusations but I think the internet party debacle did nothing for the left but thought Cunniffe started to show himself as being a prospective PM in the making.

I still don't get the Labour voters flocking after Winston

networkn: Labour might have to face the facts they will have to find some actual policies for next election rather than just opposing for the sake of it.

This was a savage beating by anyones stretch of the imagination. Is it the lowest result in recent history?

Still ahead of the 21% National got in 2002.

PhantomNVD: How come 3 parties with 1% or less (so far) get seats but another with 4.6% doesn't?

I'm afraid to say that that guy gives me the creeps. He says some of the dumbest things, I can't imagine him in the white house or other places like G8 Summits.

networkn: I think I would be happiest to see Hone Harawira gone, I'd take that in place of National leading alone I think. That guy is just the worst.

I'm not a fan of his and the way he carry's on but feel sorry for him that he was lead astray by the Internet party, I don't know what he was thinking as he goes against most of what he stands for.

Looks like it is slipping away from him as the majority is growing

the Internet alliance killed it.

if KDC did not attack John Key like that, then JK and DC and WP would not have ganged up to get rid of Internet-Mana as an entity

I'm sure some phone calls would have gone around and had something like "Look Winston I know we have differences but let's just agree we don't need this around, why don't you get Hone out that way I-M is gone and you and I know that's the best thing to do" and then a few minutes later "Look DC, we are poles apart but tell your guy to get rid of Hone and we'll have a cup of tea when we're retired, cheers"
