My international delivery is still sitting on "waiting for clearance" (at the destination city)...and has been since November 30. So much for "5-10 working days delivery". Sigh.

I too have a package sent from UK with 7-10 day expedited delivery.. Got to their international dispatch centre on 19 Nov. It arrived in NZ this past weekend and showed out for delivery on Tuesday. Didn't get delivered on Tuesday. Get notification again yesterday morning saying out for delivery. Just after 8pm last night got a delivered notification. I can't find package, even though we were home and in our lounge with full view of our driveway and letterbox. Ring camera on front porch too.

Now to start the "Yes we delivered. No I didn't get it" dance.

Update: Item was in my letterbox when I got home today at around 3pm. Was nothing there when I left home around midday.

My commiserations. Maybe Toll will deliver it to you this year :(

It really does seem to be a NZ courier company issue. I had an amazon.com.au item shipped yesterday from New South Wales with DHL and arrived at my doorstep this afternoon.

yet Amazon Australia can still deliver parcels on time, ordered a product monday night , sent tuesday and is now out for delivery today. DHL. Kmart Palmerston North took nearly 3 weeks to get to Rotorua 4 hours up the road.

Just got email for a book Ive been waiting on for 2 months.... finally being shipped.

Dont know whats more concerning now.... that ive got to rely on Australia Post to get it to the airport to fly here, or the local couriers sitting on it for a month....

Speaking of Amazon Australia, they just pinged me with a "free shipping to NZ on eligible orders" message. I assume the devil is in the details of what an eligible order is...

The devil isn't in the terms, but for the fact the listed price is becoming more expensive than before

Not entire about courier, but I received a priority letter from the UK today, which were posted on 23 October
