So this person backed into my door at low speed giving it a noticeable dent and paint damage. They gave me their name and number. I got a price to repair and let them know (answerphone) but they will not answer my calls. Now what?

Contact your insurance company. Providing you give them details of the other party and you weren't at fault you typically won't pay an excess.
