Hi guys.

I ordered myself a new bed yesterday from Bigsave which cost $499 (excluding Delivery), probably around midday if not just after. I got told this morning that Bigsave had 30% off storewide today, am I within my rights to ring Bigsave and ask for the difference (Its less than 24 hours) to be paid back into my account? I haven't even got the bed yet, supposedly it is coming later today.

I know Noel Leeming is good like this, if you buy something and then come back within 24 hours because they have made it cheaper they will give you the difference back.

Thanks

There is nothing in consumer law that gives you such a right (and could never be anything like this either)

The most obvious thing would be to approach Big Save and speak nicely to them.
